Be focused on few ones with skill match and at least one mutual connection.
Gamify your work. Create a simulated environment where you can practice the job description and later show visible proof of your skill. Set up a real office at home and keep practicing in the simulation.
Work on your LinkedIn profile and add real works, not generic words.
Gather the positive feedback and use it as a ladder.
Work on failures.
Be genuine when you ask for help.
Be grateful to people who help you.
Do not be too early. Never be late for the interview.
Do not say that you can join right now if you can’t.
